Student Care
Supporting students through the duration of their cultural exchange experience. This begins with being able to answer questions about programs, proper screening and selecting of students, managing expectations, student support and problem resolution.

Operations & Coordination
Adhering to policies and procedures that insure a smooth running operation. Being able to prepare and submit required documentation, manage fees and payments, and provide pre-arrival orientation sessions, are examples of some of the operational issues all staff should be comfortable dealing with.
Training
Training is an important investment. Training insures all staff has the necessary program knowledge and skill set in order to properly sell and support IEO programs.
The role of IEO
Careful screening of the students to make sure they fit all the requirements of every program.
Setting the proper expectations of the program, emphasizing the cultural exchange aspect the program and ensuring that the students are aware of and adhere to the goals set forth by the IEO programs.
Preparing the students with all of the required documents, precise travel plans to their destination, tips on living and working in overseas countries and the importance of flexibility for the cultural differences they may face in their exchange program.
Providing ongoing support to all students in resolving issues that may arise.
